Accelerating Sales: My Fast-Track Journey in Startup Success

Hello! I'm Shannon Godfrey, CEO of RevUp and your partner in sales!


Since the early days of my 15+ year career, I've been drawn to fast-paced startup environments. I thrive on unique ideas about talent development, especially for salespeople. Climbing from Sales Rep to VP of Sales by my early thirties, I consistently achieved 1.5 to 2 times annual revenue growth.


In my time in the startup community, I noticed a common challenge among first-time founders: they often turned to external talent or internal promotions to address sales growth obstacles, leading to setbacks in revenue and performance.


Seeing a better way forward, I launched RevUp in 2024. Leveraging my sales and startup experience, RevUp offers a systematic approach to scaling sales operations through process optimization and strategic playbook development. Now, I help clients achieve structured growth and improved revenue, positioning them for long-term success.
